Many businesses organize their billing by department. To allow for company admins to have a better overview of their accounts and to more easily identify who is using what, we’ve added a ‘department’ feature. Each host can be assigned to a particular department so that usage will be reflected in all invoices and reports.
Reference numbers
Further categorize usage on a call-by-call basis. When this optional feature is activated on a host account, the organizer of a meeting will be prompted to enter a numerical reference number. This number will be listed in meeting CDRs, allowing a company’s accounting department to easily assign individual calls to a particular customer account.
Host settings for Admins
Company admins are now able to edit more settings for individual host accounts. These options are also available to set when a host account is created.
Additional billing contacts
Previously only admins of a company would receive invoices and other billing-related email communications. Now you can add additional billing contacts in the new ‘Account Management’ section of the admin portal.
Audio conferencing improvements
When the waiting room and name announce feature are both active, moderators who call in via dial-in number will hear all participant names upon joining the meeting.
Play name announce on exit. Improves accessibility and security in audio meetings to ensure the host is aware when participants leave meetings.
Google Calendar integration improvements
Improvements to enable reliable syncing between Callbridge and the Google Calendar integration.
Include company_id in host details. i.e. in methods whose response renders send_account_json
Include company_id in any webhook payloads where there is host_id
Remove Login Requirement for DriveFile Download + Image Preview APIs
Add details to conference/fetch, e.g. participants, chat, files, time stamps, transcription, etc.
