Build a new webinar viewer page with access to chat. The page will simulate the in-call view but will have a different link, following the livestream format: …/webinar/1234567 (iso …/livestream/1234567)
Build a new schedule UX for webinars, allowing a host to schedule a webinar and provide a public shareable link for viewers (registration will be done in stage 2).
