Improved layout for better readability and accessibility across devices (desktop & mobile).
Meeting details now display start time, time zone, subject, duration, and date together.
AI Meeting Outline visible in mobile views and repositioned for better clarity.
Removed unnecessary information (dates, names, locations) to reduce clutter.
Easier access to webinar panelist link from dashboard preview
Webinar hosts can now easily copy the panelist join link when previewing a webinar from the dashboard - making it simpler to invite additional panelists after scheduling.
Fixes
Fixed: Attendees not visible before webinar broadcast starts Hosts can now see who is waiting to join a webinar before the broadcast begins. Previously, the attendee list showed "0" until the webinar started, even if participants were already waiting.
Fixed: Participant removal during a live meeting caused display and audio issues Previously, if a participant was removed from a meeting or webinar while it was in progress, it could lead to ghost participants, missing video/audio, or chat errors - depending on who refreshed first. This has been resolved to ensure a stable experience when live meetings are edited.
Fixed: ‘Automatically Record’ option shown on accounts without recording feature Users without access to the recording feature will no longer see the ‘Automatically Record’ dropdown when scheduling a call. This option now only appears for accounts that support recording.
