Disabling a Company's Access to the Service

If a Company no longer wishes to use the service, you may remove their subscription plan from their account thereby disabling their ability to use the platform. To do this, log in with your Reseller credentials and locate the Company in your portal and click on it. 

Go to the Billing Tab and from there to the Subscriptions Tab. Click on "Edit", then find the "Cancel Subscription" and proceed with the cancellation. Once the Subscription plan is removed from the Company, users will no longer be able to hold calls either online or via phone. They will see this message upon logging into their account:



Additionally, an "unauthorized" access code message will play if at attempt to dial in by phone is made. 

The Host accounts may also be deleted if required. 

At this time, there is not a way to entirely delete a Company or a sub-domain.
