INCREASED  MAXIMUM VIDEO PARTICIPANT LIMIT

• The maximum number of video participants has been increased from 30 to 100. Any plan where there were more than 30 web participants will now allow for that number of web participants to join with their cameras active.

GOOGLE CALENDAR ADD-ON

• Request this to allow your users to install this add-on to their Google Workspace to be able to schedule and join meetings directly from their Google calendar.

  *Add the new 'beta' subscription to any company, then edit a host to switch them to the beta subscription. Any meeting held using that host account will have the breakout room feature active.

• Improvements to past meetings view:
  • an indication of whether the meeting is part of a recurring series (ie. repeats icon after the meeting subject)

  • an indication of the total number of participants (one or more shown plus an indication of how many more there are)
