Release Notes:

Private Chat

• Released to beta plans

• Participants can send Private messages to others when the Conference is in Conversation mode

• If the Conference is in Conversation mode, the new chat mode default will be “Public & Private chat”

• There are 2 tabs now Public and Private that the users can switch between

• Private messages are not saved anywhere in the Database, once the meeting is over, the Private messages will be wiped out. Public messages are still saved and can be read in the Conference Summary page (Chat tab)

• If the Conference is in Conversation mode, the new chat mode default will be “Public & Private chat”

Laser Pointer

• Laser pointer added to the Annotation tools

• Places where it can be used:

  • Screen Share

  • Document/File Presentation

Dual Channel Camera & Screen Share

• User story: As a presenter I would like the participants of my meeting to be able to see my camera feed while I share my screen

• Made available for all partners on June 10th

Instant Join

• Released to all beta plans on May 20th. Public release on June 10th.

• USER STORY: As a regular user of video conferencing from the same device and browser and using the same audio equipment, I want to be able to join my meetings faster.
  Meeting hosts will be able to skip the video and audio preview screen when starting a meeting. Audio and video settings have been added to the account level settings menu. Virtual background settings will be added in the next release.

Breakout rooms improvements

• Edit rooms: Moderator can now edit the rooms and move people around (to other breakout rooms or return them to the main room)

• When the moderator makes the changes, people are moved automatically to the new assigned room

• Color code added to show if people are in or out of the breakout rooms:

  • Red = out 

  • Green = in

• Phone Participants can also be moved and a prompt will play to let them know they have been moved to a new room

• Hang up button added to Breakout rooms. Options:

  • Leave meeting

  • Leave breakout room

Chat Improvements

• Added Preview for uploaded files: Images, Audios and Videos

• Delete button hidden while presenting a file

Other Improvements

• “You are muted” alert message added when participant tries to speak while muted. Options:

  • Unmute (Conversation or Q&A Conference modes)

  • Raise hand (Presentation mode)

Improved meeting summaries

• User Story: As a meeting Host I want to get sentiment analysis insights from my transcribed meetings.  I want to see places with highly positive and negatives sentences were used.  I want to be able to filter when questions were asked.
