RELEASE NOTES:

[MVP] Dual Monitor Support

• Available to test on all beta subscriptions

• *Only viewers will have access to this feature for now

• Those presenting documents or sharing their screen will have this feature available as of the next release on Oct 14th.

• All viewers of screenshare or doc share will see an icon in the top right of their screen. Clicking this icon will open the shared presentation in a new window. In the existing window, participants will be visible in gallery mode.

• Dual monitor can be used to pop out a spotlighted participant as well

• When using this feature in the desktop app, if you have a second monitor, the new window will automatically open in your second display.
  
  

[MVP] Share a second camera

• Available to test in all beta subscriptions. UI improvements still to be added for public release on Oct 14th.

• Share a 2nd camera feed with the meeting. Very useful for scenarios like cooking classes that use a "pot" cam and other scenarios that use a second camera.

• Click the new chevron icon to the right of the camera button to use this feature.
  
  

[MVP] Branded ‘Drive’ for uploading and organizing your files and documents 

• Available to test in all beta subscriptions. Additional features and UI improvements still to be added for public release on Oct 14th.

• Note: Audio and video files will be supported in the next release.

• Upload files to your ‘Media library’ (or potentially ‘Content library’ - let us know if you have a preference) so that you can quickly share them during a meeting. Useful when companies and hosts have a set of common files they need to present frequently.
  
  

• Access this feature via ‘screenshare’.

• Note: Below is how the button to present media from your drive will appear during a meeting after the improvements are applied. Screenshare will still require only one click/tap to activate. A secondary chevron will appear to the right for presenting documents or files from your drive.

SIP Gateway improvements

• SIP gateway participant view default view is gallery with maximum 6 tiles

• SIP command ‘6’ to unmute Participant in Q&A/Classroom mode

UX Improvements

• Improve upgrade experience for company admins

  • For company admins where the company is on a free trial subscription:

    • Hide ‘Edit plan’ and ‘Select new plan or add-on’.

    • ‘Upgrade’ should be the only action button available to a company admin on a free trial.
      
      

  • For company admins where the company is NOT on a free trial subscription:

    • Always hide ‘Select new plan or add-on’ for company admins. ‘Select new plan or add-on’ should only be visible to reseller admins
