Live Meeting Support
Allows a reseller the ability to see all active meetings taking place at the company level and also for all companies at once. This allows a reseller to provide support and troubleshoot issues with ongoing meetings. This feature is also important for our support team to better assist with escalations reported while a meeting is in progress.
French Translation As part of our general accessibility improvements, where a user’s OS (Operating System) is set to the French language, they will see all labels and buttons in French instead of English.
