Release Notes:

AI Powered Noise Cancellation

• AI Powered Noise cancellation is now enabled by default on every account

• It is good at removing many of the annoying background noises including white noise, car noise and background crowd noise

• A check-box is visible in the join UX and in-call settings to disable (or enable) noise cancellation if required

• *This feature is currently unavailable with the iOS mobile app

Spanish Translation

Any user who has their Browser, App, or Operating system set to the Spanish language will see all labels and other text in Spanish

UX Improvements

• Virtual background enabled in Safari 17 and up (Mac only - not yet available for iOS)

Bug Fixes

• Active speaker highlight is offset when using mobile app in landscape mode

• Mobile app: Camera permission issue on Android 13+ (new install only)

• Mobile app: App doesn't fit properly on the screen on Android 13+

• Team Chat/In-call chat: Text inside <> tag doesn't show up if there's more than 1 word

Audit Trail / Logging

Required as part of SOC2 Type 1 Certification Process

• Track when any admin looks at customer data

• Track by whom and when a recording in is played

• Record if a user exports any data - csv download for example

• Prevent the audit trail from being deleted
