We’ve added a security feature to prevent URLs from being included in company names and other user-generated fields. This measure addresses a vulnerability identified during our recent PEN test and supports our broader SOC 2 compliance efforts, ensuring a safer platform for all users.
Recording Upload API: We’ve introduced a Recording Upload API to enable ingestion of recorded communication interactions from third-party sources. This API supports a variety of interaction types, providing enhanced functionality for analysis and insights.

Parameters:
Host ID: Identifier for the recording host.
vCon Object: Follows the vCon standard.
Custom Developer Support Links: Resellers can now provide tailored developer documentation links for easier access to integration resources.
How It Works:
1. Navigate to Admin > General in your reseller account (`.../admin/general`).
2. Under the Help Links section, add a custom URL in the Developer Doc URL field.
3. Once added, this link will appear on the Admin > Developers page (`.../admin/developers`), accessible to resellers and company admins.
Benefits:
Simplify access to API and SDK integration instructions.
Enable resellers and admins to find developer resources directly within the platform.
