Existing Meetings: Meetings that were previously booked through Google Calendar will still work as expected. However, these meetings cannot be edited at this time.

Enhanced Search for Past Meetings
We’ve upgraded the search functionality for past meetings, making it easier and more intuitive to find the information you need.
What’s New?
Improved Navigation:
Search terms now appear in the browser history and page title for better tracking and navigation.
You can use the browser’s back button or refresh the page without losing your search settings (paging, sorting, etc.).
Paging automatically resets if the current search results don’t have the requested page (e.g., if you're on page 3, but the new search only has one page of results).
Additional Filters: We’ve added new filters (English only) to refine searches further. Here’s the full list of filters now available:
participant: Search by participant name.
before/after: Filter by date (e.g., before:2021-04-01 or after:2021-04-01).
subject: Search by meeting subject (e.g., subject:"My Meeting Name").
day/month/year: Specify a day, month, or year (e.g., day:monday, month:october, or year:2024).
description: Search by text in the meeting description.
filename: Search by file names shared in the meeting (e.g., filename:image.jpg).
chat: Search by messages sent in the meeting chat.
has_video/has_audio: Find meetings with specific recordings (e.g., has_video:true).
conference_mode/recurrence: Filter based on meeting configurations.
Why This Matters: These enhancements make it easier to navigate search results, refine searches with detailed filters, and find relevant meetings or content quickly, saving time and effort.

To better protect against automated bot attacks, we’ve added Cloudflare Turnstile to key pages, including sign-up and login.
What’s New? Cloudflare Turnstile is an advanced, user-friendly verification tool that helps ensure only legitimate users can access these pages, without the friction of traditional CAPTCHA systems.
Why This Matters: By implementing this additional layer of security, we’re helping safeguard your users’ accounts and sensitive information while maintaining a seamless and accessible experience.
How to Enable This Feature: Cloudflare Turnstile is not automatically enabled. If you’d like to activate it on your instance, please reach out to our team, and we’ll assist with the setup.
We’ve made enhancements to the Single Sign-On (SSO) login process to improve clarity and user experience.
What’s New?
When users log in using SSO, they will now see a page with detailed information during the login process. This page explains what’s happening behind the scenes and provides options to either open the desktop app or continue in their current browser.
Why This Matters
Previously, users logging in through SSO would only see a loading spinner and a browser notification prompting them to open the app. The new page ensures users have more transparency and control, creating a smoother and more user-friendly login experience.
This update applies to all partners using SSO integrations for desktop apps.
