2025 January 16th Release Notes v2.6.335

Release Notes:

V2.6.335

Update on Google Calendar Add-On

We have implemented a fix to address the Google Calendar Add-On issue that was causing service disruptions and preventing users from joining and starting meetings. We are now testing on Callbridge.com before releasing this fix to all brands to ensure that there are no further issues. We will provide another update shortly.

Security Enhancement

  • CORS Policy Strengthened
We've enhanced our Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) policy to prevent potential security risks associated with unauthorized cross-origin interactions. This ensures that sensitive information can only be accessed by authorized parties, aligning with SOC 2 compliance requirements.

Fix

  • Resolved an issue where updating a company using the API incorrectly triggered update emails to all hosts if the company subdomain contained uppercase letters.

New Feature

  • Search Widget Integration
Partners can now integrate a search widget into their applications, providing them with control over the UI for end-user searches of past meetings.

Background

Some partners are interested in utilizing our search and transcription tools to locate specific information within large recordings that span multiple conversations (video meetings, audio meetings, and phone calls).

Details

The initial release of the search widget will be limited to filtering past meetings. As we expand the functionality to encompass all user account content (e.g., drive files, chat messages). A filter will ensure that search results remain limited to past meetings.
