Calling & Softphone (beta)

• Transfer a Call — The call transfer UI has been updated for a cleaner and more intuitive experience. (#12394)

• Mark Missed Calls as Viewed — Missed calls are now automatically marked as viewed when you leave the Recents screen. (#12548)

• Active Call Screen Fix — The UI now correctly switches to the active call screen when adding a caller from contacts. (#12533)

• No Audio Fix on Some Networks — Resolved a bug causing no audio on certain networks including Canadian mobile data and some international ISPs. (#12495)

• Swap Call Bug Fix — Fixed an issue where a call would end when a second inbound call was received during a swap. (#12534)

• Switch Device Banner Fix — Resolved an issue where the switch-device banner appeared incorrectly after switching devices and ending a call. (#12469)

• Dialpad Reopens on Session Change — The dialpad modal now correctly reopens when the active phone session changes. (#12617)

• Firefox Audio Fix — Resolved an issue where Firefox did not support telephone-event/48000, causing audio problems. (#11669)

• vCard Parsing Improvement — Fixed duplicate phone numbers being parsed from multi-type TEL entries in vCards. (#12515)

Mobile — iOS

• iOS Crash Fix on Denied Permissions — Resolved a crash that occurred on iOS after denying permissions when joining a video meeting. (#12615)

• iOS Dialpad Button Fix — The dialpad button no longer becomes disabled when the mute button is selected during a call. (#12205)

Chats (beta)

• Bot Support in Enterprise Chat — Added bot support with BotToken webhook authentication and a bot management UI for enterprise chat. (#12502)

• Chat Unread Count Improvements — Improved chat unread badge accuracy; soft-deleted messages and pre-join team chat messages are now excluded from unread/badge counts. (#12516, #12666)

• Fix Copy Message Action — Copying a message now copies only the targeted message, not the entire message group. (#12486)

• ChatList Stability Improvements — Fixed scroll-to-bottom behavior, resolved a zero-sized element warning, and fixed AttachedConference size oscillation. (#12485, #12488)

• Chat Disconnect Message Softened — The chat disconnect message now reads ‘Connecting to chat…’ for a friendlier experience. (#12531)

• Chat Unread Inflation Fix — Fixed a bug where duplicate message delivery caused chat unread counts to inflate incorrectly. (#12563)

• Chat Room Properties Preserved — Fixed an issue where chat room properties were lost after updating the room. (#12593)
