Editing and Deleting Hosts

Modified on Wed, 6 Jun, 2018 at 4:55 PM

At any time you can edit and delete a host by navigating to the Hosts Tab and clicking either edit or delete.

Editing Hosts:

You may edit a host’s:
  • Name
  • Email
  • Role (regular, admin, reseller admin)
1. Click on the edit link next to the host's name.

2. Once you are done editing, be sure to save your changes.

Note: Only a Reseller Admin can grant Reseller Admin privileges. Both a Reseller Admin and a Company Admin can grant Company Admin privileges.

Deleting Hosts:

To delete a host, click on the delete button and save.

You may not delete a host with Company Admin privileges and multiple hosts can be Company Admins.

Admin level hosts will have a check mark next to their name. Regular hosts will have an x.

If you need to delete an Admin host, you must first edit their role and make them a regular host. (see previous page).

Once this is done, and you have refreshed the page, you will see the delete option next to their name.

NOTE: You must have at least one Company Admin assigned. If there is only one host associated with the account, that host will become the Admin by default.
