Setting Up Your Company Directory

Upload a company directory that serves as a pre-populated address book for all hosts within the company.

1. Export the contacts into a CSV file using the format provided in the attached example.
2. Once you have this file saved, simply drop it or upload it into the appropriate area. 

3. You will see a message if the upload is successful or if it failed.  

​Individual hosts may still add additional contacts to their address book, but the company directory will be accessible by all hosts within the company account.
