Within the Subscriptions tab, you will see all subscription plans and add-ons available to the company.
You will also see the plan the company is currently subscribed to, the plan details, and the current limit of host accounts available to the organization.
If you’d like to cancel the subscription, click on the Cancel button to the right of the details. This will immediately disable all services available to the account.
As a Reseller Admin, you will have the flexibility to add plans and customize pricing depending upon the agreement you have with the company you are setting up.
If you need to make a change to a subscription plan or add-on, please submit a ticket tech support.
