There are three distinct user roles:
1. RESELLER ADMIN
2. COMPANY ADMIN
3. HOST
1. RESELLER ADMIN
•Manages own account and can create new Companies
*Search all Companies and access any specific Company within the Reseller's platform
*Search all Companies and access any specific Company within the Reseller's platform
•Add/delete/edit hosts for all Companies
•Run reports for all Companies
•Edit Subscription Plan pricing for Companies
•Add Custom Dial In Numbers
*View all Plans and Add-Ons
*There may be multiple Reseller Admins on the platform
*View all Plans and Add-Ons
*There may be multiple Reseller Admins on the platform
2. COMPANY ADMIN
•Manages own account
•Add/delete/edit other Company Hosts
•Sets preferences at the Company Account Level
•Change the Design of the portal if subscription allows
*There may be multiple Admins within a single Company3. HOST
•Schedules and holds meetings
•Sets preferences based upon individual requirements
•Manages single user account
