As a Reseller Admin, you will have the flexibility to add plans and customize pricing depending upon the agreement you have with the Company you are setting up.
There will be pre-populated Subscription Plans and Add Ons from which to select. The make up of these is not something that can be changed via the Reseller Admin portal. If you need to make a change to a Subscription Plan or Add On, please submit a ticket to iotum Tech Support.
The Billing tab will show you the plan currently associated with the Company (if any), the Host limit, and any additional available Plans and Add-ons. You may choose to have the Plan bill either at a Flat Rate or at specific Per Host rate.
Flat Rate plans allow the Company to have a flexible number of hosts, up to a contractually specified amount at no increase in their monthly plan. Per Host rates will increase incrementally as the Company adds Hosts. Both of these rates are customizable by the Reseller Admin.
There may also be per minute pricing associated with usage on dial ins for certain areas. As a Reseller admin, you are able to customize these plans from the default rates in the subscription. Each rate field will have an "included minutes" value and a "per minute" value. You will determine how many minutes per month are included and the overage rate if that threshold is broken.
Note: if you want all usage to be billed at a designated rate, then you will leave "included minutes" at 0 and the usage rate will be the overage rate.
Once all pricing has been set, you may click Subscribe so that the plan becomes associated with that Company.
Free Trial Plans
If you have a plan that is considered a "Free Trial" plan, it will only be available for subscription to any given Company once. If a subscription plan or add-on is added to a Company who is on the Free Trial plan, then the Free Trial goes away and is not presented as an option again for that Company. You may extend a Free Trial plan at any time
