Adding a New Company:
1. From the Companies tab in the Reseller Admin Console, click on “Add Company”.2. Enter the Company Name and the subdomain URL.
3. Save the record.
4. Click on that Company to be taken to the Company Admin portal with Reseller Role privileges�
Note: The company name can be changed at any time by a Reseller or a Company Admin. Once saved, the subdomain URL cannot be changed or recycled.
Editing an Existing Company:
1. From the Reseller Admin go to the “Companies” tab.
2. Search for the company you just created or one that was previously created.
3. Once located, click on the Company
4. You will then be the taken to the Company Admin portal with Reseller Role privileges
5. You may proceed with any edits you need to make
