Customization overview

At the 'Reseller' level, you are able to choose the following default options for all end-users during the onboarding stage:

• Default logo and icon

At a 'Company' level, each company can have custom branding that overrides every aspect of the default branding from above as detailed below. Company admins are able to adjust the following:

• Custom dial-in numbers - Learn more >>
• Custom greetings (regional) - Learn more >>

Note: Company level customization changes can be made at any time by either the reseller or company admin.
